What is a good red wine and cheese to go with it ????????
I have not even thought of red wine with cheese ~ ~ only seems strange to me, and I should lose the time that such a connection is "worshiped" http://www.nytimes.com/1999/07/14/dining/why-red-wine-and-cheese-have- current stopped-steady.html personally I'll take Savennières and aged goat cheese from raw milk (which will have to get that from a farmer if you live in the U.S., it is illegal to sell in most U.S. without it being aged for 60 days)
