I have a 1996 Perrier-Jouet champagne flower sitting in my wine cellar or drink waiting for?
I bought a bottle of Perrier-Jouet Fleur de Champagne 1996 I had bought for my boyfriend and I a few years ago and we still have to drink it. I worry what has happened, is prime or can be in short – is there anybody out there who knows a good resource to find if there is to do a special night to have as soon as possible or if it is safe to celebrate a special occasion?
Now. Champagnes are not really age, at least not the majority. Even a Perrier-Joeut can be passed through its peak now. He had a fine French champagne actually once I was 6 years and was a shadow of what it had been when it occurs. In addition, any time you have a good Champagne is a special occasion!
