Company: Kingsland Wines & Spirits was established 40 years ago and has since grown into the largest independent bottler of wines and spirits in the UK. Based in Manchester, which provide a complete solution, from vine to shelf.
Challenge: Kingsland Wines & Spirits (Kingsland) and had a standard application to apply labels to the boxes of wine to be amended to ensure that labeling lines run more efficiently. Kingsland wanted to apply tags to the front of their boxes of wine containing 6 or 12 bottles of wine. The label applicator previously installed had never run to their needs and often do not apply labels often skips several cases of wine.
Solution: supplied AM labels custom label applicator to apply labels to the boxes of wine, the label applicator was provided initially as a prototype and went under rigorous testing over a year to get the best result. After of these tests AM Tags installed four automated label applicators for the rest of tagging trains Kingsland. The solution solves the problems previous applicators do not apply to cases of wine labels correctly.

Nigel Smith Company Engineering Manager Kingsland commented on three main advantages of the new system:
1) The old method of printing cartons requires 4 people through patterns displacement due to the slowness with which the manual was printed cardboard boxes. 2) In the old system of printing the carton, an automatic Additional 5% of the containers were printed to allow for wastage.
