Chef Gianni became the new executive chef for Restaurant Pinnacle Falkner Winery Temecula

Having won the best restaurant in 2008 and 2009 Inland Empire Magazine, the Pinnacle Restaurantat the top of the Temecula wine country is not by hand. Owners Ray and Loretta Falkner said an executive chef, Gianni Ciciliot, popular for its award-winning restaurant. In Temecula, the Pinnacle Restaurant offers a panoramic view, outstanding American / Mediterranean style food, an international wine list and high quality service for lunch 7 days a week. Located on a hill 1,500 feet, the Pinnacle offers customers a choice of seats between the air conditioning or inside of the outdoor terrace outdoors. The restaurant also serves as a wedding night and the place of the banquet.

Chef Gianni began on March 1 and has a good kitchen and a history of leadership in establishments such as Tommy Bahamas in Newport Beach, The Ritz-Carlton in Laguna Niguel, Yardhouse Restaurant in Irvine, Tutto Mare in La Jolla, and Amicis and Lugano in Costa Mesa. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Santa Elena, the chef in the kitchen specializes Gianni Mediterranean, especially Italian cuisine. As co-owner Ray Falkner, we are excited to have Gianni join us in our quest to become the best eating establishment in the Temecula area. Chef Gianni also handles all aspects of wedding catering Falkner Winery and banquet business. In April introduced its new summer menu that displays unique culinary skills. The menu includes items such as the Seafood Portofino (Pasta with shrimp, lobster, bay scallops, fresh garlic, basil, dried tomatoes sun-, artichoke hearts and lemon in white wine sauce pomodoro), and Soy Glazed Flat Iron Steak (8 oz steak, grilled flat iron and glass in a sweet and spicy soy Season glaze served over sauteed vegetables.) Chef Gianni Guidelines offer a special wine evening dinner outside in the garden storage area of grass on August 29 5 fields of all wines with 2 pairs each.
