I was there a few years ago and very much enjoyed the tour Sterling Vineyards, owned by Seagram. The building is atop a hill, so take a cable car to get there, and the view from the vineyard is incredible. I that Seagram's has been purchased since then, so you should probably check to see if you still have the vineyard tours.
