Any ideas for an "alternative" wall mounted pot rack?
My house and kitchen are decorated in a Tuscan-inspired fashion. I like things rustic, perhaps with a bit of Fru-Fru, but not so moved, that looks like a gadget with a permanent 80 bad. You know? I'm also on a budget – About $ 50. I like to find alternative uses for things. (For example I have a tall rack wooden wine in our driveway with cubicles for bottles wine …. unless we use it as a shoemaker for shoes for my children.) I had thought to find antique or vintage style coat rack to use, but it is a rack pot I'm afraid to fall. Also, if it is mounted to be mounted on the wall as a roof-mounted pot rack will not work in my space. Let the creativity begin!
I do not know if it is really an alternative, but in our kitchen (before remodeling) we had our pot and pans hanging on the wall. We just bought some hooks iron (black and rustic look) and nailed to the wall with brass nails. It looked well and was fully functional.
